1. About us Handley & Co. is a decorating business based in Derbyshire. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
 

2. Quotes All quotes provided are free and non-binding until a written agreement is confirmed. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Bookings A booking is confirmed once both parties have agreed in writing (email or message). We reserve the right to decline any booking.

4. Payment Payment terms will be agreed prior to work commencing. We reserve the right to request a deposit before work begins. Final payment is due on completion of the work.

5. Cancellations We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in a charge to cover lost time.

6. Our work We take every care to deliver a high quality finish. Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of completion so we can address them promptly.

7. Liability Handley & Co. is fully insured. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our work.
